myDermRecruiter is actively seeking a Fellowship-Trained Facial Plastic Surgeon (few years post fellowship) to join a thriving private practice with a robust team of skincare providers in Phoenix, Arizona. This team-oriented group is highly flexible and willing to accommodate a skilled surgeon with various perks and amenities—it’s all about provider satisfaction and quality patient care here!
Opportunity Highlights:
- Open to Fellowship-Trained Facial Plastic Surgeons and Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons with 2-3 years of experience
- Full-time opportunity working four days per week from a single location – excellent work-life balance!
- See patients for skin cancer closures, excisions, large cyst removals, etc.
- Extremely busy practice – currently booked out for months!
- Position available due to practice growth and expansion
- Lucrative compensation package consists of a guaranteed base salary plus a generous percentage of collections
