Position: Director of Clinic Operations
Position Overview:
- Lead and optimize daily operations across 5+ outpatient clinics, ensuring efficient patient care delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to meet organizational targets while maintaining high-quality service.
- Drive continuous improvement in clinic operations, focusing on patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and process efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for a multidisciplinary team of 75+ medical assistants and 5+ supervisors.
- Partner with the executive team to implement strategies that enhance clinic growth and operational success.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and accreditation standards, maintaining high levels of safety and quality.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to drive operational changes and improve clinic performance.
- Serve as a key liaison between clinics, corporate leadership, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, nursing or a related field is required
- MHA (Master of Hospital Administration) or MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of clinical operations or management experience in a healthcare organization
- Experience overseeing multiple outpatient clinics
- Experience managing a healthcare team of at least 50 people
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and healthcare software
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proven leadership / mentorship abilities
- Strong problem-solving and organizational capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
