Position: Aesthetic Director (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant)
Required Experience:
- Must have five or more years of general / medical dermatology experience
- Must have two or more years of cosmetic / aesthetic dermatology experience
Position Overview:
- Provide cosmetic / aesthetic dermatology, including cosmetic consultations, evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Create and monitor customized cosmetic treatment plans
- Provide patient education around cosmetic treatments, converting consults into services while establishing realistic expectations
- Cultivate long-term patient relationships, ensuring repeat services and referrals
- Develop and oversee the cosmetic sales strategy, setting goals, identifying areas of growth, implementing marketing initiatives and promoting cosmetics throughout the practice
- Manage the cosmetics / aesthetics team through training and mentorship on cosmetic products and services, ensuring best practices and high standards of care
- Effectively communicate with the management team to convey sales trends, patient feedback and areas for improvement
- Ensure the practice remains current on new procedures, products, technologies and best practices, providing the best possible patient outcomes
- Guarantee all cosmetic services and procedures adhere to relevant state and federal regulations, along with clinic policies
- Keep up-to-date with industry standards and regulations in cosmetic dermatology—including HIPAA, OSHA and other healthcare compliance requirements
- Utilize EMR / EMA software to ensure accurate patient documentation and charting in compliance with legal and ethical standards

- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite to manage patient information and daily operations.
