Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming, professional atmosphere that enhances the patient experience.
- Review new client intake forms and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on available aesthetic treatments and retail products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and bedside manner.
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient treatments and progress.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Operate with integrity, professionalism, and transparency.
Qualifications:
- Three years of experience in aesthetic/cosmetic dermatology.
- Proficiency in Neurotoxins, Fillers, Lasers and Body Sculpting treatments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a growing team.
