A well-established, physician-led practice near Salem, Illinois, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant with experience in allergy and immunology. This is a full-time opportunity in a welcoming Midwestern community known for its strong sense of local pride, tight-knit neighborhoods and easy access to nature and outdoor recreation.
What You’ll Do...
- Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for patients of all ages
- Develop individualized treatment plans for allergy, asthma and immunologic conditions
- Administer immunotherapy and related treatments (training available if needed)
- Educate patients and families about disease management and prevention
- Collaborate closely with board-certified allergists and a supportive clinical team
- Expect to see 25–30 patients per day, with a steady flow of internal referrals

- Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of allergy / immunology experience
- Confident working independently while contributing to a team-focused environment
