Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and documenting health histories accurately.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures by ensuring the necessary instruments and equipment are on hand.
- Conduct basic lab tests and manage the handling and preparation of specimens for testing.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Manage appointment scheduling and facilitate smooth office communications.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medication usage, and effective skincare practices.
- Ensure that examination rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with the necessary medical supplies.
- May participate in supporting the clinic’s social media presence, including gathering content, sharing clinic-approved updates, and assisting with community engagement efforts as directed
