Summary
Due to growth we have opened we have created a new Clinic Team Leader position. The Clinical Team Lead under the supervision of the clinic physician(s), Practice Manager, and Regional Clinic Manager, provides daily on-site leadership and effective management of clinic operations. Ensures high levels of patient customer service, operational efficiency, physician, provider, and employee satisfaction. This is a clinic operations leadership role that encompasses supporting four clinic locations of Seacoast Dermatology with the possibility of additional clinics in the future.
Full Time: 40 hours a week (benefits start the first of every month)
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: 27.00 -34.00

ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
- Maximizes clinic and team efficiency, productivity, and teamwork
- Lead excellent work place culture in partnership with practice manager and physician(s)
- Oversees clinical operations with a focus on management of medical staff, KPI management, and process improvement
- Assist with talent recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Responsible for medical support staff performance to ensure delivery of highest quality of patient care
- Leads CLIA compliance and biannual audits
- Acts as a role model and subject matter expert for policies and procedures set in place by management
- Responsible for Clinical Assistant, Receptionists, Biologic and Surgical Coordinators duties as needed
- Provides regular updates to Practice Manager and Physician Leader
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor of Science or Business Administration is preferred
- Minimum Post High-school education in a medical support field such as Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse, is required
- Must hold current certification/licensure and must maintain certification/licensure throughout employment
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
2 years of previous experience in Dermatology/Mohs surgery is preferred
2 years of direct leadership experience are preferred
Must maintain CPR Certification.
Must be able to travel between responsible clinics
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and EMR experience.
Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, clients, and visitors
Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team
Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
