Job Title: Healthcare Operations & Logistics Project Manager
Location: Re.mote/Hybrid – Lake Oswego
Typical Schedule: Full Time Exempt, Mondays – Fridays
Reports to: Director of Central Operations
The Healthcare Operations & Logistics Project Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing healthcare-related projects across Frontier Dermatology clinics, while also managing the facilities and supply chain operations. This role includes strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and collaboration with clinical and operational teams to ensure project success and effective support for clinical operations.
Some Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute healthcare-related projects from conception to completion, aligning them with clinic operational needs.
- Define project scope, requirements, objectives, risks, resources, timelines, and success criteria for healthcare initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting clinical and operational objectives.
- Manage facilities maintenance projects, ensuring that clinic environments are safe, efficient, and meet regulatory standards.
- Oversee supply chain operations, including inventory control, supplier management, and optimization of resources.
- Develop strategies to streamline supply chain processes and improve cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and key clinical and operational stakeholders.
- Partner with the field operations team and cross-functional teams to ensure resources are aligned with project demands.
- Work closely with clinical leaders to ensure project outcomes align with patient care and operational goals.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources for facilities and supplies, ensuring balanced inventory levels and availability of materials for clinical and operational needs.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project outcomes, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
- Use data analysis to identify areas for improvement in clinical and healthcare processes, implementing solutions that drive better patient and operational outcomes.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the overall operational efficiency and project goals of the clinics.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED); five years of logistics, supply, project, and maintenance management experience preferably in a healthcare setting; and five years management experience; OR
- A bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare administration field; three years of logistics, supply, project, and maintenance management experience preferably in a healthcare setting; and five years management experience.
- Preferred - One of the following certifications in project management: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Project Director, Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Certified Project Management Practitioner (CPMP).
