To provide a superior level of patient support, medical team support, marketing support, inquiry conversion and appointment booking efficiency
Job Responsibilities
Daily Tasks
- Respond to all incoming communications including phone, email, text, and live chat in a timely manner and direct appropriately
- Schedule and modify appointments
- Manage patient schedule with a strategic mindset for booking, cancellations, and waitlists
- Proactively adjust the schedule to maximize provider utilization and maintain patient satisfaction
- Practice proper phone etiquette
Sales - Credential the practice and medical providers
- Make treatment and product recommendations that are appropriate for the patient
- Maintain lead conversion goals for initial inquiry patients Record Keeping and Medical Record System
- Record patient medical concerns and document and track medical escalations
- Remain up to date with system upgrades and adjustments
Privacy
- Adhere to all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability) privacy rules
- Uphold strict confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information, including business practices and policies Participation in marketing events and initiatives
- All other duties as directed and assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s/Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Aesthetics terminology and concepts - Effective communication, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Maintain strictest confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
Physical Demands
