About
I have previous front desk experience in both a clinical setting and a customer service environment, and I feel I’d be a strong fit for this role.
While working toward my CCMA certification, I assisted at the front desk in a clinic where I scheduled appointments, communicated with patients, and helped keep things running smoothly. I also worked at a hair salon during the summers, where I managed scheduling, stayed organized, and built positive, friendly interactions with clients. I enjoy creating a welcoming environment and making sure people feel comfortable and taken care of.
