OverviewIn collaboration with the Practice Administrator/ Manager, the Clinic Manager will work to assure the delivery of quality patient care and compliance with all applicable standards. The manager will be responsible for direct supervision of non-exempt clinical staff. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the clinic, managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, maintaining compliance with regulations, optimizing clinic workflow, and collaborating with healthcare providers to deliver efficient and effective patient care within the dermatology practice.

Responsibilities- Staff Management:
- Hire, train and supervise the clinical staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing feedback to staff
- Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient patient flow and access
- Manage staff concerns and promote an environment for positive team dynamics
- Clinical Operations:
- a. Oversee daily patient flow and appointment scheduling
- b. Implement strategies to improve patient experiences
- c. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory compliance:
- i. MIPS, CLIA and pathology result management
- d. Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
- Quality Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in clinic operations and patient experience
- Implement quality initiatives and tracking key performance indicators
- Administrative Function
- Oversite of clinical inventory and supply management
- Managing patient complaints and grievances
- Communicating with patients and provider
- Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Registered and licensed RN
- More than 3 years' experience in healthcare setting, preferably ambulatory or dermatology
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and healthcare management
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, ethical judgment, and confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, leadership, and the public.
- Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
