As an Area Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in our mission to improve the skin health of our communities through superior patient experiences, efficient operations, and team leadership.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of multiple practice locations, ensuring that each site operates smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of care. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and personnel management, working closely with practice staff to cultivate a supportive and efficient work environment.
The Area Practice Manager will also engage in strategic planning and outreach, contributing to the growth and visibility of QualDerm in the local markets while fostering strong relationships with patients and providers alike.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in dermatology or related fields preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with team members and patients.
- Demonstrated experience managing financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability.
- Proficient in using healthcare management systems and tools to streamline operations and enhance patient care.
- Commitment to patient satisfaction, with a focus on providing an exceptional patient experience.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy guidelines.
