Responsible for providing professional care to patients with body contouring and sculpting interests through assessment and consultation resulting in booking treatment. Focus is cosmetic growth and retention which will be achieved by building trust and loyalty with patients.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls regarding patient’s inquiries with respect to Coolsculpting and Vanquish questions
- Consultation reviewing patient’s needs and timing, total body assessment completed on patient-discussing realistic treatment goals and outcomes. Engage Physician for final assessment of Coolsculpting/Vanquish patient when needed
- Establish price and discuss savings with the prospective patient. Provide patient with a standardized, professional quote
- Book treatments
- Remind all patients by phone of appointments
- Provide all Coolsculpting/Vanquish Treatments
- Send thank you note following treatment
- Service as a key contact for all Coolsculpting/Vanquish inquiries
- Coordinate events, seminars, and pop up Coolsculpting/Vanquish events. Handle event including invitations, presentations, refreshments and follow up
- Call patients for post procedure pictures after 16 weeks
- Maintain strict HIPPA rules
- Work with Creative Director and Cosmetic Manager to promote and advertise procedures
- Provide consultations to patients at satellite locations
- Track revenue monthly; give reports to Cosmetic Manager
- Assist with laundry when able
- Consent patients for treatments
- Before and after photographs
- Create before and after photography book to advertise procedure to prospective patients
- Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education
- High school education or G.E.D. equivalent.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
- Must possess excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, board, clients, and the public.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to use time productively and contribute to high levels of company operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Disciplined to work in accordance with accepted standards
- Prior experience in an aesthetic/medical practice is preferred
- Proficient in computer skills
- Strong customer service
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, coworkers, and providers

- Ability to work after hours for events
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct in all work-related situations
For this position, the base pay range is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certification, or training.
