Tuesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Actively seek out customers in store
- Cross sell products
- Ear piercing
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Remain knowledgeable of products offered and discuss available option
- Attend trainings for various skincare lines
- Monitor the Patient Loyalty Program
- Develop relationships with patient/clients: Patient follow up, calls when refills needed, follow up after new purchases
- Thank you notes, as needed
- Assist in managing schedule for retail staff
- Train part-time retail staff on new policies/procedures
- Review unapplied credits
- Close out at end of the day/Close shop PM
- Physically receive inventory
- Check barcodes when orders come in
- Organize and keep shelves clean
- Keep other staff trained on products
- Schedule patients for events
- Input silent auction gift cards for donations
- Makeup application
- Help keep clean work area
- Wash makeup brushes weekly
- Assist with planning events
- Assist with social media updates
- Assist manager with ordering as needed
- Help bring on new items to office that will increase revenue
- Attend monthly inventory counts
- Promote all aspects of the practice
- Assist Cosmetic Manager with miscellaneous projects, as needed
- Adherence to compliance and completion of compliance training.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsEducation
- High school education or G.E.D. equivalent
- Proven working experience as sales associate
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in English
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics
- Track record of over-achieving sales quote
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Disciplined to work in accordance with accepted standards
- Prior experience in a medical practice is preferred
- Organized and able to manage priorities
- Resourceful in problem solving
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take and follow through with tasks
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, coworkers, and physicians
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work after hours for events

- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
