Full-Time Dermatologist Job in Georgia
Job-8345
There’s something refreshing about practicing dermatology in a place where your day feels productive and life outside the clinic has room to breathe. In this role, you’ll enjoy a steady, full schedule, real clinical support and the kind of work-life rhythm that’s getting harder to find. You’ll be based in a welcoming Georgia community southwest of Atlanta, surrounded by scenic landscapes and small-town charm, with easy access to the city whenever you want it. It’s the kind of setting that makes weekdays feel manageable and weekends feel wide open.
This established and growing dermatology practice is adding a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologist due to continued growth. You’ll practice across two neighboring clinics in west-central Georgia and join a team that truly values collaboration, efficiency and high-quality patient care. The structure is in place so you can focus on being a great dermatologist—without feeling stretched thin.
A few highlights:
- A sustainable, well-supported workday: Full-time schedule (4–5 days/week), seeing around 30–35 patients per day with experienced medical assistants who scribe for you, keeping your day efficient and your evenings yours
- Broad clinical scope with flexibility: Primarily medical / general dermatology, with the option to incorporate cosmetic services if that’s something you enjoy
- Practice growth you can feel good about: This position exists because patient demand continues to rise—not because of turnover or burnout
- Compensation with real upside: Generous base salary plus a productivity-based bonus model with no income cap, paired with a strong benefits package
- A team-oriented, respectful culture: A collaborative administrative and clinical staff that listens to physician feedback, prioritizes patient experience and genuinely supports your success
Outside of work, you’ll enjoy historic downtowns, locally owned restaurants, nearby parks and a close-knit community feel—while still being within reach of Atlanta’s arts, sports, dining and entertainment. Excellent schools, growing local economies and diverse housing options make this area appealing whether you’re relocating solo or with family.
If you’re looking for a dermatology role where you can build something long-term, feel supported and enjoy where you live as much as where you work, this opportunity is worth a closer look.
