We are seeking a skilled histotech to join our Mohs surgery practice. This is a unique opportunity to work in a two-surgeon practice, with both surgeons Mayo Clinic–trained, who are deeply committed to high-quality, meticulous Mohs surgery rather than high-volume throughput.
About the Practice: Two Mohs surgeons (each with their own single tech), both Mayo Clinic trained. Strong emphasis on precision, quality, and patient-centered care. Supportive, collegial environment with a true family-like culture. The new tech would be joining a highly experienced histotech who oversees CLIA compliance and administrative operations
Role and Responsibilities: Cutting and processing approximately 8–10 Mohs cases per day. Preparing frozen sections with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency. Collaborating closely with surgeons and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What We’re Looking For: Individual with Mohs surgery experience (whether though formal or informal means). Commitment to quality over quantity. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Team-oriented mindset with a positive, collaborative attitude.
What We Offer: Extremely friendly, welcoming work environment with a true family atmosphere. Excellent benefits. Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience. Opportunity to practice Mohs histotechnology at a high level without pressure for excessive volume.
If you are passionate about histotechnology, value quality-focused work, and are looking for a long-term professional home in a supportive Mohs practice, we would love to hear from you.
