Optima Dermatology is growing and seeking Medical Receptionists to join our expanding Cincinnati-area team. This opportunity supports our location in Milford, OH, with the potential for future Optima clinics in the surrounding region. We are looking for friendly, organized, and professional individuals who are passionate about patient care and want to grow their career in a fast-paced, collaborative dermatology practice.
About the Role
Medical Receptionists at Optima Dermatology play an essential role in creating an outstanding patient experience and supporting smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer incoming calls and provide follow-up
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and complaints
- Verify and document patient information
- Welcome and greet patients entering and leaving the office
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the clinic
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of prior relevant experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, upbeat attitude is a MUST
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a medical office preferred
- EMA/EMR experience preferred
