A respected, well-established private dermatology practice in a prime Dallas location is seeking an experienced Board-Certified General Dermatologist to join its close-knit team. This opportunity is well suited for a physician who values clinical quality, long-term stability and practicing within a thoughtfully run environment that prioritizes both patient care and provider support. With a strong existing patient following and steady demand, the practice offers a smooth transition and room to grow—without the pressure of an overly aggressive schedule.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Established private practice with a strong patient following and consistent demand
- General / medical & surgical dermatology (non-Mohs), with optional cosmetic services as you build volume
- Thoughtful ramp-up starting around 20 patients per day, growing to 30–40 with full support
- Efficient clinical setup with dedicated MAs, 3–4 fully equipped exam rooms and EMA / EMR
- Competitive compensation with guaranteed base salary plus percentage of collections; partnership track after two years
