You’ll tell powerful physician stories, highlight clinic experiences, support patient education, and create high‑performing assets for social and paid media. This role blends hands‑on production with strategic repurposing to keep content fresh and effective across every platform. Duties & Responsibilities
Produce and edit physician bio videos for web profiles, Google Business Profiles, and social media.
Create clinic location overview videos for new and existing sites.
Develop paid media video creative for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, CTV, and programmatic platforms.
Produce social-first content, including Reels, Shorts, and short-form educational clips.
Plan and produce patient education and awareness campaigns (e.g., skin cancer screening, acne, eczema).
Create provider recruiting videos for email marketing, social media, and Meta campaigns.
Produce patient testimonial videos for media outreach, organic content, and paid social amplification.
Edit and repurpose existing video assets to extend lifecycle and minimize creative fatigue across platforms.
Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements including aspect ratios, length, compression, captions, and file specifications.
Collaborate with marketing, clinical teams, and external partners to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and content accessibility.
Utilize company-provided production equipment (editing workstation, camera, audio, lighting); no personal equipment required.
QualificationsExperience Requirements
3+ years of professional video production and editing experience (brand, agency, or in-house).
A portfolio demonstrating short‑form and long‑form work across social, web, and paid media.
Relevant combination of experience and education.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro) with working knowledge of After Effects or motion graphics workflows.
Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, sound design, and content structure.
Ability to follow and provide verbal and written instructions with clear communication.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with clinicians, marketing teams, and external vendors.
Proficient in English verbal and written communication.
Knowledge of platform-specific video formats, compression techniques, and captioning/accessibility standards.
Basic color correction/grading and audio mixing for broadcast and social deliverables.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) for file management, review workflows, and collaboration.
General understanding of HIPAA and privacy considerations in healthcare marketing.
