Job Summary
The Cosmetic Liaison is responsible for providing operational, clinical, and administrative support to the cosmetic team. This position plays a key role in coordinating patient services, maintaining efficient workflow, and supporting the cosmetic department’s leadership objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a professional commitment to the field of aesthetics. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between patients, cosmetic providers, and internal staff to support daily cosmetic operations.
- Support cosmetic providers by coordinating patient treatment, completing documentation, educating patients on their care services, and managing patient flow.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of cosmetic treatments, skincare products, and recommended treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with leadership to implement departmental procedures, quality standards, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and organization of cosmetic treatment rooms.
- Uphold a professional, service-oriented environment through effective communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in cosmetic medicine, dermatology, or medical aesthetics.
- Active Aesthetician license, or active Registered Nurse (RN) license (preferred).
- Proficient in phlebotomy and safe blood collection techniques. (Preferred)
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and standard office software.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Occasional evening or weekend availability based on operational needs.

Physical Demands:
- May require standing, walking, or assisting providers for extended periods.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and ethical standards in all research activities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among sponsors, investigators, and participants, enhancing the efficiency and impact of our research.
- Maintain records and documentation with a high level of accuracy in accordance with GCP and IRB standards.
- Complete accrual and revenue reports for corporate reconciliation of all monies due. Oversee invoicing to sponsors for pass-through expenses.
- Prepare and implement staff training and evaluations, fostering a cohesive and productive team environment.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, certification as a Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Research Associate strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a clinical research setting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to research integrity and accuracy.
- Proven organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to shift priority and focus depending on business and industry changes while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMA) systems.
