Provided direction by the Recruiting Manager, this role partners with regional and practice management to both anticipate and respond to the personnel needs of the organization, primarily those outside the Corporate Office. This role identifies and sources talented individuals to fill hiring needs while nurturing relationships with prospective hires in order to establish an ongoing candidate pool. This professional supports the recruiting efforts by sourcing quality candidates while working with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure that job requirements are clearly understood and met. This role works closely with the other members of the HR team and management to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities (Responsibilities necessary to accomplish job functions)
Partners with hiring managers and their HRBP’s to determine staffing needs for practice operations
Works closely with HRBP’s to ensure high caliber ongoing candidate pool is established
Conducts active and passive talent searches using any method accessible or defined
Primarily recruits open job requisitions on a regional or practice level
Works closely with Recruiting Manager to ensure all requisitions are properly created and filled
Contributes to weekly reports, coordinating with the Recruiting Manager, on the status of open field requisitions
Screens resumes, applications, etc.
Supports and performs required recruiting processes and procedures:
Phone interviews
Reference and background checks
Criteria interviews with the hiring managers
Resume screening, application reviews, etc.
Pre-hire testing
Makes recommendations to hiring managers regarding candidates, processes, etc.
Provides ownership of the interview and onboarding process via coordination with HRBP’s
Maintains relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicates employer information and benefits during screening process
Stays current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Assists in the maintenance of human resource information system records
Supports recruitment tasks including writing and placing advertisements and/or job postings using:
Social media
Applicant Tracking System
College and/or Industry web sites and any other recruitment site or system, as applicable
Participates in accomplishing department goals, objectives and system updates
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals
Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and recruitment services performed
Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment
Assists in the acquisition of new organizational entities
Adheres to all safety policies and procedures in performing job duties and responsibilities while supporting a culture of high quality and great customer service
Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the organization
QualificationsExperience Requirements
1+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, preferred
Experience in using and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System, highly preferred

Specialty knowledge of processes and strategies relating to full-cycle recruiting
Knowledge of state and federal regulations for this position; general understanding of HIPAA guidelines
