Optima Dermatology is growing and seeking Medical Receptionists to join our expanding Cleveland area team. This opportunity supports our locations in Independence, Mentor, and Macedonia, OH, with the potential for future Optima clinics in the surrounding area. We are looking for friendly, organized, and professional individuals who are passionate about patient care and want to grow their career in a fast-paced, collaborative dermatology practice.
About the Role
Medical Receptionists at Optima Dermatology play an essential role in creating an outstanding patient experience and supporting smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Answering incoming calls and providing follow-up
- Handling patient queries, concerns, and complaints
- Verifying and documenting patient information
- Welcoming and greeting patients entering and leaving the office
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support the clinic
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of prior relevant experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, upbeat attitude is a MUST
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a medical office preferred
- EMA/EMR experience preferred
