Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Oversee patient flow from check-in to check-out, ensuring timely room placement, minimal wait times, and smooth clinic operations.
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring accuracy and efficient use of provider schedules.
- Process patients payments
- Assist patients with general inquiries
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Responsible for the distribution, handling & preparation of all incoming & outgoing mail/deliveries/packages
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for medical and office supplies, ensuring all clinical and office areas are properly stocked and prepared for daily operations.
- Support practice manager, patient coordinators & medical team as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role required
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Deliver a high-end, concierge-level patient experience that exceeds expectations.
- Strong Multitasking and time-management skillsa must
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English (oral and written)
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively to resolve issues as they arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate natural sales ability with a strong capacity to build rapport and connect with patients.
- Minimum High School diploma required
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic, with a genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient service.
- Good sense of humor! 😊

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must possess excellent computer skills
The salary for this role will range from USD $20.31 to 30.47 per hour based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, education, etc. Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
