Enterprise Project Manager (IT & Operations)
Job Summary: The Enterprise Project Manager leads and coordinates multiple concurrent projects across our organization. This role supports a mix of technology-driven and operational initiatives, with many projects involving IT infrastructure, systems, and emerging AI solutions. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, this individual is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with leadership priorities. This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. While many initiatives are IT-heavy, the ideal candidate brings a well-rounded skill set, strong organizational discipline, and the ability to drive progress across both technical and business teams.
Salary range: 90-110k
This is a hybrid position. Typicall Monday-Wednesday in office at our Coporate Support Center in Owings Mills, MD.
Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute multiple concurrent projects across IT and operational areas.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT (service desk, infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity) and business stakeholders.
- Translate leadership priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track progress, identify risks, and proactively remove blockers to keep projects on schedule.
- Identify and apply AI tools and automation opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, including coordination of deliverables, SOWs, and SLAs.
- Lead project communication, including status updates, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support change management efforts, including communication, training, and rollout coordination.
- Coordinate integration efforts across systems such as EHR (EMA), practice management platforms, and secure data exchange.
- Ensure projects align with compliance requirements (HIPAA, NIST, SOC 2) in collaboration with internal teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce risk.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to execute and deliver projects in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong understanding of IT environments, including cloud, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or digital solutions, with a willingness to learn and apply them.
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with office presence in AADerm HQ @ Owings Mills
- Occasional travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise systems.
- Exposure to AI tools, workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate), or data tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
- Experience in healthcare, multi-site organizations, or compliance-driven environments.
- Experience coordinating vendor-driven projects or implementations.
Licensure/Certifications/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and initiatives
