Are you an experienced Allergy Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant seeking a dynamic, well-supported role in one of Connecticut’s most desirable regions? This full-time position offers a unique split between two modern, fully equipped clinics located in southwest Connecticut, within close proximity to one another (no more than a 30-minute commute).
You’ll practice in a beautiful coastal region known for its affluent communities, vibrant downtowns and easy access to destinations like Westport and the broader Connecticut Gold Coast.
Position Highlights
- Practice across two nearby clinic locations—one intimate setting with a small provider team and one larger, highly collaborative office with 10+ providers
- See an average of 30–35 patients per day in a well-structured, efficient clinical environment
- Opportunity to treat both adult and pediatric patients
- Manage a wide range of allergy and immunology cases, including: skin testing, immunotherapy, food and environmental allergies
- Benefit from strong internal referral networks, ensuring a steady and diverse patient flow
- Training available for providers looking to further develop skills in immunotherapy
Practice Environment
You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary care model that allows you to focus on patient care while experienced clinical and administrative teams support day-to-day operations. Dedicated resources are in place to streamline immunotherapy processes, including centralized coordination and lab services—eliminating the need for in-office preparation.

Qualifications
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Connecticut license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum of two years’ NP/PA experience in Allergy & Immunology
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
