Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the Spa Manager and Spa team in the promoting and providing of services and products to ensure a positive customer experience, while assisting the Spa Manager in coordinating and supervision of the Spa’s daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the spa while providing guidance to staff.
- Provide excellent customer service and develop relationships with customers by educating them on our industry leading spa services and products.
- Participate in onboarding training of staff.
- Partner with Spa Manager to ensure service and sales objectives are achieved.
- Ensure operational compliance with the Spa’s SOP’s, State and Federal (FDA) Rules and Regulations, OSHA requirements.
- Provide leadership for spa team employee relations through effective communication, coaching, training, and development.
- Responsible for inventory management and supply purchases.
- Works collaboratively with the Office Manager on strategies and tactics critical to the development, growth, and improvement of the organization.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of Spa or Salon leadership experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment while fostering growth and development of team members.
- Availability to work a minimum of 1 Saturday per month.
