Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and driven Learning & Development Specialist to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs across the organization. This individual will play a key role in enhancing employee performance, onboarding effectiveness, and ongoing professional development. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong instructional design skills, and is comfortable leveraging technology to deliver engaging learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and performance standards.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and implement scalable learning solutions.
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, tracking, reporting, and optimization of user experience.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules, with a strong emphasis on high-quality PowerPoint development.
- Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and learner engagement.
- Track and analyze training effectiveness using data and feedback, making continuous improvements to content and delivery methods.
- Support onboarding initiatives and ongoing development programs to enhance employee retention and performance.
