QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Mohs Surgery RN to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. As a part of the largest multi-state female-founded and owned dermatology network in the U.S., you will contribute to our mission to educate, protect, and care for skin health. Our team is committed to providing exceptional care, utilizing the latest proven techniques to ensure patient well-being throughout their surgical journey.
In this role, you will provide nursing support during Mohs surgery procedures, working closely with providers and the surgical team to deliver superior patient care. You will ensure surgical readiness, assist during procedures, and offer compassionate patient education and postoperative support.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Mohs surgical procedures by preparing instruments, supplies, and the surgical site.
- Provide preoperative and postoperative care, including patient education and monitoring.
- Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation compliant with healthcare standards.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols.
