Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner finds and attracts qualified candidates for open positions. The Talent Acquisition Partner represents the DOCS culture and employment brand at all stages of the recruitment process. The ideal candidate is self-directed and works well in a dynamic environment where transparency, empowerment, collaboration and results are valued.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and hire qualified professionals. Act as a trusted talent advisor to all levels of the organization.
- Utilize various recruiting techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, job fairs and/or direct sourcing to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific positions within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and manage the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding. Collaborates with hiring manager and/or other Human Resources team members during the selection process.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process by embracing technologies and processes enhancements that contribute to a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts to pipeline potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, job descriptions, and recruitment activity using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or databases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communication, Human Resources or related course of study
- Three plus years of full cycle recruitment experience. Previous healthcare experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work with a high sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic environment and deliver results.
- Exceptional organizational skills. Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of employment law and Human Resources.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Applicant Tracking systems, online search/job board technologies
