Job Summary: This role owns new patient acquisition for Schweiger — paid and organic. You'll manage paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and others), build and optimize organic channels (SEO, AEO, organic social), and design the high-converting funnels that turn traffic into booked patients. You'll dig into patient cohort data to find our highest-value segments, build campaigns to acquire more of them, and run a disciplined test-and-learn process to keep improving results. This is a mix of hands-on execution, agency management, and cross-functional partnership with the Schweiger team.
Job Responsibilities
Own paid acquisition channels — Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and emerging platforms — including strategy, budget allocation, bidding, creative testing, and performance optimization.
Design and continuously improve high-converting acquisition funnels, from ad or search click through landing page, scheduling, and booking.
Analyze patient cohorts to identify high-value segments — by service line, geography, payer mix, or channel — and build campaigns to drive their acquisition.
Monitor campaign and funnel performance against clear success metrics, and know when to scale, pause, or rework an approach.
Run a rigorous testing process: determine the right structure, sample size, and budget for a test, measure results through A/B testing, and iterate until you land on a winning approach.
Stay current on acquisition marketing trends — paid social, search, AI-driven discovery, attribution and privacy shifts — and bring new channels and tactics into the mix.
Leverage AI tools to make campaign management, reporting, and analysis faster and more effective — automating workflows, building dashboards, and surfacing insights from the data.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in acquisition, performance, or growth marketing, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, growth marketing agency or other consumer businesses.
Hands-on experience owning paid acquisition channels — e.g. Google Ads, Meta, and/or programmatic — including budget management and performance optimization with specific results you can speak to in detail.
Compensation Range: $95,000-130,000
