QualDerm Partners is seeking a skilled and dependable Lead, Clinical to support our providers, guide medical assistants, and help ensure efficient, high-quality patient care.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate patient flow and daily medical assistant coverage
- Serve as the first point of contact for clinical workflow, supply, and EMA ModMed questions
- Train and support new medical assistants
- Assist providers during examinations and procedures
- Document care accurately in the EMR
- Prepare specimens, maintain instruments, and uphold infection-control standards
- Monitor medical supplies, inventory, and exam-room readiness
- Help resolve patient concerns and implement new clinical processes
