The Role

We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant who thrives in a team environment and can keep up with a busy clinic. This is not a “stand in the corner” role—our MAs are critical to patient flow, provider efficiency, and overall success of the practice.

What You’ll Do

Room patients efficiently and accurately
Document patient history and assist providers during exams and procedures
Perform scribing in EMA (Modernizing Medicine)
Assist with biopsies, excisions, and Mohs procedures as needed
Manage patient flow to keep providers on schedule
Handle patient checkout and assist with scheduling follow-ups when appropriate
Educate patients on treatment plans and post-procedure care
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized exam rooms
Work collaboratively with front desk and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experience

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of Medical Assistant experience (dermatology strongly preferred)
Experience with EMA / ModMed is a major plus
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Team player mentality with accountability (we don’t do “that’s not my job” here)
