Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in an entry-level clinical or healthcare support
position within your organization. I am a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Health Services Administration),
and I am actively transitioning into direct patient care with the long-term goal of
advancing into medical imaging.
Through my CCMA certification, I have developed a strong clinical foundation in
patient intake, vital signs, medical terminology, infection control, HIPAA compliance,
clinical safety, and scope of practice. My training emphasized patient-centered care,

environments. I am prepared to support providers, assist patients, and function
effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring extensive professional experience in
operations, coordination, compliance, and patient- facing roles. In my current
leadership position, I manage sensitive information, maintain strict confidentiality
standards, communicate with diverse populations and operate under regulatory and
organizational policies; skills that translate directly to healthcare settings. I am
comfortable handling high-volume workflows, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining
accuracy under pressure.
My background in Health Services Administration strengthens my understanding of
healthcare systems, patient flow, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
Combined with my CCMA certification, this allows me to approach patient care with
both clinical awareness and operations insight. I am eager to apply these skills in a
hands-on healthcare environment where I can continue learning, growing and
contributing meaningfully to patient care.
