Full-Time Dermatologist Job in the Northern Detroit Suburbs
Join an Established Private Practice with Strong Referral Demand & Full Clinical Autonomy
Job-9298
**Accepting 2027 Dermatology Resident Applications!
A well-established private dermatology practice in the northern Detroit suburbs is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing team.
This opportunity offers the kind of foundation many physicians look for when making a move: an established patient base, strong relationships with local referring physicians and a practice known throughout its communities for providing high-quality dermatologic care.
Youll work across two nearby offices located approximately 15 minutes apart, with the support of a broader multi-location organization while maintaining substantial autonomy over your own clinical practice.
Step Into Established Patient Demand
This is primarily a general / medical dermatology role, caring for patients across all age groups.
The practice has built a strong local reputation and referral network over time, creating consistent patient demand for the incoming dermatologist.
- Typical volume of approximately 30 - 40 patients per day
- Established physician referral relationships
- General / medical dermatology focus
- In-house Mohs surgeon for surgical support and referrals
- No required APP supervision
Practice with Autonomy and Support
As the organization continues to grow, it has maintained a private-practice environment where physicians have room to make clinical decisions and shape how they care for patients.
Youll have the resources and infrastructure of an established multi-location practice without being expected to take on responsibilities outside your preferred clinical role.
Schedule & Compensation
The practice ideally hopes to welcome a dermatologist interested in a five-day schedule, but there is flexibility depending on the overall structure of the week.
- Full-time opportunity
- Four-, four-and-a-half- and five-day schedules may be considered
- Approximately 34 - 46 clinical hours per week, depending on schedule
- Compensation will reflect the agreed schedule and hours
- Guaranteed base salary included
Benefits
- Medical, dental and vision coverage with employer contribution
- Generous PTO
- CME allowance
- 401(k) retirement plan
Join a Practice Growing from a Strong Foundation
The organization currently operates multiple dermatology locations across Southeast Michigan and continues to expand into additional communities.
That growth is supported by established patient demand, strong local physician relationships and a reputation for quality care - not simply expansion for expansions sake.
For a dermatologist seeking the resources of a larger practice while maintaining clinical independence and meaningful community connections, this opportunity offers a compelling balance.
