An established, family-owned dermatology and aesthetics practice in Miami is seeking a skilled NP/PA to join its team as patient demand continues to grow. This opportunity offers a combination of general dermatology and cosmetic procedures, with an initial part-time schedule and the potential to develop into a full-time position.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Part-time schedule: Begin with approximately 1624 hours per week, with the possibility of expanding into a full-time role as the practice grows.
- Medical and cosmetic dermatology: Provide general dermatology care alongside aesthetic treatments, including Botox and laser procedures.
- Competitive compensation: Estimated annual earning potential of $100K - $125K, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities and commissions on retail products and services.
- Established clinical setting: Join a respected team that currently includes experienced providers, medical assistants and clinical administrative staff.
Position Requirements:
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least three years of medical dermatology experience.
- At least one year of hands-on experience with Botox and laser treatments.
- Ability to manage approximately 30 - 40 patients per full clinical day.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach and an interest in establishing a long-term professional presence in the Miami area.
