Overview
We are looking for a Clinical Assistant that can provide day-to-day assistance to our clinic to ensure a positive, welcoming experience for the patient and cleanliness of the practice. Under the general supervision of the MD, NP, and reporting directly to the Practice Manager or Clinical Site Coordinator, the Clinical Assistant shall provide direct and indirect care to a specified group of patients in our dermatology healthcare setting. Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Practice Manager/Site Supervisor, the Clinical Assistant provides day-to-day assistance in the clinic to ensure a positive experience for the patient and cleanliness of the practice
- Creates a positive experience by welcoming and assisting patients.
- Rooming patients as needed.
- Draw up medications as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and service ability of unit facilities and equipment between patient visits.
- Sterilize medical equipment and sanitize exam rooms between patients.
- Set up and stock all exam and procedure rooms.
- Verification of specimens and sterilization of instruments.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

- Complete all assigned required training by the deadline including, but not limited the Code of Conduct, Privacy & Data Security, and OSHA.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting.
The salary for this role will range from USD $18.00 to 24.43 per hour based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to years of experience, location, relevant skills, training, education, etc. Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives.
