myDermRecruiter is seeking two Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Dermatologists to join a physician-owned dermatology practice in Arizona's East Valley. This opportunity combines the patient demand of an established Scottsdale office with the growth potential of a second location in the Southeast Valley.
Whether you're an experienced dermatologist exploring your next professional chapter or completing residency in summer 2027, this position offers a chance to build a rewarding medical and surgical dermatology practice.
The Clinical Opportunity
- Full-time position with a four-day workweek.
- Focus on general / medical and surgical dermatology, without cosmetic service requirements.
- Initially divide your schedule between two established locations, with flexibility for a two-day/two-day or three-day/one-day arrangement.
- See approximately 36+ patients per day at the established Scottsdale office and 25 - 30 patients per day at the growing Southeast Valley location.
- Benefit from up to three medical assistants for clinical support, depending on patient volume.
- Work with EMA electronic medical records.
- Join an existing practice environment with physicians and physician assistants providing clinical coverage.
The practice may consider a single-location arrangement in the future, depending on organizational needs and circumstances.
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary, negotiable based on the candidate, plus production incentives
- Opportunity for a collections-based compensation arrangement after one to two years, subject to the practice's compensation structure and individual performance
- Medical and dental insurance
- Malpractice coverage
- 401(k) with employer match after one year
- CME allowance and one week for continuing medical education
- Five weeks of vacation/sick time
- Potential signing bonus and relocation assistance, negotiated individually
A partnership discussion may be possible after two years, depending on mutual interest and practice considerations.
Who We're Looking For
- MD or DO trained in dermatology.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in dermatology.
- Open to experienced physicians and 2027 dermatology residents.
- Interested in practicing both general / medical and surgical dermatology.
- Comfortable initially working between two East Valley locations.
